Delivery Information

When will my order be delivered?

We offer next-business-day delivery for all orders placed by 12:00pm (midday). Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to homes, workplaces, hospitals, aged care facilities, and other approved locations within our delivery area. Please ensure all recipient details are entered correctly at checkout, including business names, ward details, or facility information where relevant. Hospital and aged care deliveries are subject to each facility’s own delivery and visitation policies.

 

What if something goes wrong with my delivery?

We always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe. However, slight variations may occur depending on daily routes and locations. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve it promptly.

 

Local Delivery

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes — we offer hand delivery throughout Toowoomba and surrounding areas for a flat rate of $20.

Multiple Hampers & Corporate Orders

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes — we regularly work with businesses, events, and corporate clients.

 

How long do large orders take?

Larger orders may require additional preparation time to ensure everything is beautifully presented and in stock. Guide (subject to availability and level of customisation required):

  • Up to 3 hampers – next-business-day (if ordered by 12:00pm)
  • 4–10 hampers – allow 3–5 business days
  • 11–19 hampers – allow 5–10 business days
  • 20+ hampers – contact us for a tailored timeframe

 

Corporate Gifting

Can we customise hampers for our business?

Yes — we love creating branded gifting experiences for businesses. You can include items such as business cards, brochures, pens, magnets, and personalised notes to create a cohesive branded unboxing experience.

 

How much notice do you need for corporate orders?

We require 10 business days’ notice for bulk and corporate orders. For larger projects or ongoing partnerships, we recommend contacting us early so we can tailor a solution. If you have a shorter timeframe, please get in touch — we’ll always do our best to assist.

 

Payment Terms

When do I pay for my order?

Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your hamper and allow us to reserve stock.

 

Do you offer deposits for large orders?

For larger corporate or bulk orders, a deposit may be accepted at our discretion. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or delivery. Orders will not be processed until payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received.

 

Safe Delivery

How are hampers delivered?

All hampers are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

 

What if no one is home?

If you are not home, your hamper may be left in a safe place unless it contains alcohol. Alcohol deliveries require a signature or direct handover. You may also provide delivery instructions such as gate codes, drop-off preferences, or contactless delivery notes (where permitted under alcohol regulations).

 

Alcohol Policy

Can you deliver alcohol?

Yes — but only to recipients aged 18 years or older in accordance with Queensland law. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

 

What happens if no one is home for alcohol delivery?

Alcohol hampers cannot be left unattended. If no eligible recipient is available, the hamper may be returned and a redelivery fee may apply.

 

Is your alcohol inclusion legal in gift hampers?

Yes. Our hampers comply with Queensland gift basket exemption guidelines, meaning alcohol is included as part of a gift within legal quantity and value limits.

 

By ordering alcohol, what am I agreeing to?

By placing an order that includes alcohol, you confirm that both you and the recipient are 18+ and agree to our safe delivery and compliance requirements.
